Sales Wizard

This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of the Eden Sales organization and be a key player on our Growth team. We are hiring resourceful individuals who are passionate about accelerating the growth of a results-oriented company. This role requires a “renaissance salesperson”: someone who can manage ambiguity, build relationships, and ultimately create a replicable sales playbook inside a fast-growing, venture-funded startup. Eden exists to empower our clients and team members to do the best work of their lives, and you will be a catalytic agent in achieving this huge mission.  

Sales Executives will work to grow Eden’s business through the addition of new customers. You will own the lead curation, outbound outreach, client conversations, A/B testing of various sales strategies, and occasional partnerships work.  You will work closely with our CEO / co-founder and customer success managers to continuously accelerate growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive revenue generation for Eden through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline
  • Understand lead qualification and work with sales operations to develop process and accuracy
  • Build a sales playbook that will be used to scale and train our growing team
  • Be able to execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients that will generate revenue as new features go-to-market
  • Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience or comparable revenue-generating responsibilities at other organizations
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and organizational goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
  • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
  • Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
